Rose Community Capital is pleased to announce the closing of an Acquisition Bridge loan:  Parkview Place Apartments in University City, MO. Parkview Place Apartments consists of 156 units of Section 8/LIHTC housing.  The property is out of its initial LIHTC compliance period and will be repositioned by SDG with a new allocation of bonds/credit and a RCC permanent loan with an expected closing in Q4, 2024.
