Washington Apartments

Rose Community Capital is pleased to announce the closing of an Acquisition Bridge loan: Washington Apartments in St. Louis, MO.  Washington Apartments consists of 99 units of Section 8 senior housing and is owned by SDG Housing Partners.  The property is out of its initial LIHTC compliance period and will be repositioned by SDG with a new allocation of bonds/credits and a RCC provided permanent loan.  The owner expects to close on the credits and new debt in Q4, 2024.
