West Park Apartments

Rose Community Capital is pleased to announce the closing of a Construction/Bridge Loan: West Park Apartments in Los Angeles, CA.  The property is owned by Long Beach Affordable Housing Coalition and consists of 75 multifamily affordable units and is restricted to those earning between 35%-80% AMI. The property was created from the Century Housing Consent Agreement and will continue to make available rent restricted affordable and workforce housing to the community.  The construction loan will make improvements to the elevator, security and water/sanitary systems.
